The Red Cravaat II Long Dining Scarf is a long dining scarf that provides a dignified alternative to traditional adult bibs. This long version of the original Cravaat Dining Scarf, helps caregivers prevent food spills and stains on clothing. The stain and wrinkle resistant brushed microfiber scarf is worn over clothing just like a regular scarf. The Red Cravaat II Long Dining Scarf brushed microfiber material has the soft feel of suede and allows most stains to be wiped clean or washed out. Though it is not waterproof, liquids tend to roll off, but will ultimately soak in. It is a “knit” fabric, meaning that it comes out of the dryer relatively wrinkle free. The Cravaat II Long Dining Scarf is stitched closed at the waist, and has a wide opening that allows the user to easily pull the scarf on and off over their head. Unlike the Cravaat, it does not have a rolled hem, but the edges will not fray. The length from the back of the neck to the end measures 34 inches, and the width across the chest measures at least 14 inches. The Cravaat II Long Dining Scarf provides a great alternative to bibs for adults in assisted living, nursing or memory care and disabled adults, or anyone who has difficulty keeping a napkin on their lap. The Diner Wear Cravaat Dining Scarf was awarded a 2013 Caregiver Friendly Product Award by Today's Caregiver. Red Cravaat II Long Dining Scarf Specifications: Made in: USA.
